*AM Yoga, PM Yoga -- this is an excellent yoga intro containing two video tapes, one for morning practice and one for evening practice. Each routine is 20 minutes long and very well presented.
*Listen to Your Pain by Ben Benjamin, Ph.D. This excellent little book describes common and uncommon soft-tissue injuries, how to assess them yourself with simple techniques, and what your treatment options are, including massage, physical therapy, surgery, and more. Ben Benjamin has been researching the soft-tissue field for decades, and is an internationally known lecturer and teacher in the field.
