AM Yoga, PM Yoga -- this is an excellent yoga intro containing two video tapes, one for morning practice and one for evening practice. Each routine is 20 minutes long and very well presented.

Listen to Your Pain by Ben Benjamin, Ph.D. This excellent little book describes common and uncommon soft-tissue injuries, how to assess them yourself with simple techniques, and what your treatment options are, including massage, physical therapy, surgery, and more. Ben Benjamin has been researching the soft-tissue field for decades, and is an internationally known lecturer and teacher in the field.
